How to use

Using the PIMOVO™ PRO Handheld Welder is straightforward and safe if you follow these steps:

1. Preparation

Place the welder and any materials in a well-ventilated, stable area.
Make sure you’re wearing all safety gear, including a welding mask, gloves, and protective clothing.
Connect the ground wire to the welding material to ensure safety and stability.

2. Set Up the Welding Rod

Select the appropriate rod size (1/16" to 1/8") for your material.
Insert the welding rod securely into the clamp and make sure it’s positioned correctly for easy access to the material.

3. Power On and Adjust Settings

Plug in the welder and switch on the power.
Adjust the settings as needed. The smart IGBT inverter technology automatically regulates current stability, so adjustments will be minimal, but be sure to confirm the arc start and cooling systems are functioning.

4. Welding Process

Position the welder over the area to be welded.
Use the hot arc start function to initiate the weld.
Move the welder steadily across the joint, maintaining a consistent angle and speed. Let the welder’s power manage the depth and precision.
Release the trigger when done, allowing the cooling technology to stabilize the machine.

5. Power Off and Cool Down

After completing your weld, switch off the welder.
Allow the unit to cool down completely before storing it in the toolbox.

6. Storage and Maintenance

Clean the welder with a soft brush to remove any debris.
Store the welder, rods, and accessories in the provided toolbox for safekeeping.
