Pimovo Electric Aquarium Kiesreiniger

Was excited to receive this product as I needed a good water changer and gravel cleaner, it does a decent job so far. The suction power is lacking, only can suck dirt,fish feces,detritus and food debris,from the bottom floor,but its good for change water automatically, the only trouble is that you just can get the water out from the aquarium,but cannot get the water into the aquarium, but its okay for me,cause i got a water pump for that, and the shower is very interesting while working in my tank. From my side,Its worthy for it.

This little aquarium vacuum is wonderful! I have a new 50 gallon turtle aquarium for my 2 juvenile Eastern Painted Turtles, with about 20 gallons of water in it. I was finding a lot of debris on the bottom - I think the filter was shredding the turtle poop and spitting it back into the water. I was trying to scoop up the debris with a small net, but not having much luck. This little vacuum works wonders, and now my aquarium is so much cleaner! The turtles haven't said much, but I know they appreciate the cleaner aquarium!

This is the best aquarium vacuum I have ever owned! It has a nice strong suction and does a great job at sucking everything up! If I could, I would rate it 10 stars! I highly recommend this one! I use it for cleaning my little indoor turtle pond.

The item came in a box that shows what’s inside so if you want to be discreet make sure you mark that when you’re placing your order. Everything came packaged individually in its own baggies neatly and securely packed up. I saw another review state that the instructions weren't in English although they instructions ARE in English, but based on the words, it is a little confusing to set up and put together initially. the best advice I can give is to just look at the pictures of the layout of the vacuum. that will show you which parts go were. it is pretty simple after you understand how it should look and work, but the instructions arent helpful. Stuff smelled very strong of gas/oil, like a factory, so I would strongly urge buyers to wash it prior to introducing it to your established aquarium. Just incase there is residual factory lube or something on it. I didn’t see any grease or anything, but it smelled like it. I let everything soak in water and washed with safe dish soap before using. It’s nice that the handle comes with multiple extensions to make the vacuum handle longer or shorter depending on what you need. I felt comfortable cleaning both my 10 gallon and 55 gallon tank. The shower accessory would be best used in a smaller tank if you want it spraying above the water line. If used in a deeper tanks, the shower effect will all be underwater. The shower head also has a nice pressure control on it to make it Spray more or less. The vacuum insn't too loud which is good, and has very good suction. Aside from the instructions being a tad confusing, when i opened the vacuum, i could smell some sort of grease/oil-ish smell. I THINK most likely it came from the factory because it had a industrial smell to it. I would wash all the parts and the vacuum in the sink prior to introducing it into your established fish tank. I washed mine with mild dish soap and the small was gone. The item's weren't dirty or greasy or anything, but the smell was pretty strong. Aside from that, i am very happy with the product and would encourage you to get it! makes keeping the fish tank alot easier and quicker! I didn't get to try all the attachments that it came with yet but i like that it comes with a sand attachment to keep sand clean. I think this vacuum is a smart design by pimovo.
